🔁 Exchange
- We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
- If you received the wrong product or a faulty item, email us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.
💸 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items such as opened printer ink/toner, customized products, or special orders are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
📦 Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
